The Hessians MC chapter in Bone County operated for years under the mother chapter, keeping a low profile while maintaining strong ties with the rest of the club. Although the chapter was never one of the largest, it had earned a solid reputation through consistency, loyalty, and discipline. The members spent most of their days balancing regular jobs with club responsibilities, riding together across the county, attending runs, supporting the mother chapter whenever needed, and proudly representing the Hessians patch wherever they went. Life around the chapter was simple, built on brotherhood, respect, and the unwritten rules that every patched member understood.

Devin Woods, better known as Duck, served as the President of the Bone County chapter for many years. Through his leadership, the chapter remained organized, respected, and loyal to the club's values. Duck had built strong relationships with several gangs and criminal organizations operating throughout San Fierro and Las Venturas, making him a familiar and respected face across Red County and the surrounding regions. While he preferred handling business quietly, he always made sure the interests of the club came first. His dedication to the patch and the men beside him earned him the trust of every member who rode under his leadership.

His son, Dorian Woods, was born on February 10, 1994. From an early age, Dorian was surrounded by the motorcycle club lifestyle. He spent much of his childhood around the clubhouse, watching members come and go, listening to stories from older bikers, and growing up with the club as a normal part of everyday life. Rather than being pushed into the lifestyle, he naturally developed respect for the brotherhood after seeing the loyalty, sacrifices, and commitment the members shared with one another. Determined to earn his place rather than simply be known as the president's son, Dorian worked hard to prove himself. At the age of 17, he officially began his prospect period, taking on the responsibilities expected from every new member. Because of the similarities between him and his father, both in personality and appearance, the members eventually began calling him Ducky, a nickname that stayed with him throughout his life.

As the years passed, Ducky became increasingly involved in club affairs. By the time he reached his mid-twenties, motorcycle club life had become everything he knew. The violence, constant pressure, and lifestyle slowly shaped the way he viewed the world, teaching him that trust had to be earned and loyalty had to be proven through actions rather than words. During this time, he grew close to Joshua Collins, better known as Torch. Torch was older, more experienced, and shared many of the same values as Ducky. The two formed a strong friendship that quickly developed into a dependable partnership within the chapter.
Together, they dedicated themselves entirely to the Hessians, putting the club above everything else. They focused on strengthening the chapter, earning respect from senior members, and proving they could handle greater responsibility. Their hard work never went unnoticed. As the years went on, Torch earned the position of Sergeant at Arms, while Ducky continued climbing through the ranks. By the time he turned 29, Ducky had officially become Vice President of the Bone County chapter, standing directly beside his father and helping oversee the day-to-day operations of the club.

On March 12, 2023, tragedy struck the chapter. Duck was riding his motorcycle while intoxicated on his way back to the clubhouse when he lost control and collided with another vehicle on the highway. The accident claimed his life and left the chapter without the president who had built it from the ground up. His death shook every member of the club. For years, Duck had been the man everyone looked to for leadership and guidance, and losing him created a void that could not easily be filled. The clubhouse felt different without him, and the chapter struggled to adjust to life after the loss of the man who had dedicated so much to its success.
Nearly two years later, on February 13, 2025, Ducky was officially voted in as President of the Hessians MC, Bone County Chapter. The decision was not based solely on his family name, but on the years of work, loyalty, and dedication he had already given to the club. The chapter was facing one of the most difficult periods in its history. While still recovering from Duck's death, the members discovered that undercover officers and police informants had managed to infiltrate the chapter. Information was being leaked from within, damaging the club's operations and putting every member at risk.

Refusing to let everything his father had built fall apart, Ducky immediately began reorganizing the chapter. Alongside Torch and the remaining loyal members, he carefully identified those responsible for betraying the club and dealt with the problem before even greater damage could be done. Although the moles were removed, the police attention surrounding the chapter had already become too intense. Law enforcement pressure continued to increase, making it nearly impossible for the Bone County chapter to operate safely. Faced with few realistic options, the club made the difficult decision to relocate operations to Los Santos, hoping to rebuild away from the growing heat.

The move marked the beginning of a new chapter for the Hessians, but it also came with heavy losses. Not every member was willing to relocate. Some chose to retire from the chapter entirely, while others became Nomads or transferred to different chapters. By the time Ducky and Torch arrived in Los Santos, only a small number of loyal members remained beside them. The chapter had to start almost from nothing, searching for a new clubhouse, rebuilding connections, and restoring the club's presence in an unfamiliar city. Resources were limited, money was scarce, and recruiting trustworthy members became one of their biggest priorities.

Determined to see the chapter survive, Ducky and Torch focused on rebuilding piece by piece. Every decision they made was centered around strengthening the club and ensuring it could stand on its own again. To generate income and provide financial stability, members were directed to begin dealing in drugs and firearms, allowing the chapter to establish a steady source of revenue while rebuilding its numbers. With patience, discipline, and loyalty to the patch, the Hessians slowly began laying the foundation for what they hoped would become a strong and respected Los Santos chapter once again.
